This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., YouTube, LinkedIn and Xing ("social media plugins"). This privacy policy applies only to your use of the Website. It does not extend to any Websites that are linked to from the Website. The Website does not collect any data from you unless you contact us via an email link which is included on the Website or if you visit the Website (cookies).

From emails we may collect your name, your email address and any other information which you choose to give us.

The Website automatically collects the following data:

• User agent and related information

All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the applicable data protection laws.

We do not generally collect any data. Where we do (if you email us, for example), we may use your data as follows:

• send you newsletters and other marketing information about Mikron
• send you invitations to events, exhibitions· maintain our list of contacts
• enter or perform a contract or other business relationship with you

We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area ("the EEA") (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using the Website and submitting information to us. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA (this may be the case, for example, if our email server is located in a country outside the EEA), we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the applicable data protection legislation. The countries outside the EU/EEA to which we export your data are the following: China, Singapore, USA.

Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your data we have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure any data we hold about you (even if it is only your email address).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law (to the exclusion of Swiss Private International Law and international treaties, in particular the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods dated April 11, 1980).

Any disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Zurich, Switzerland.
